Domglas Naumburg works in the areas of colored glass design and traditional glass painting with private and public clients, artists, architects, building authorities, and in restoration with churches, museums, historic preservation and collectors.
As a master company, we are also involved in the promotion of young talent.
Personal advice
In this cooperation, we consider ourselves as an executing institution. We stand with versatile possibilities of the consultation, project planning and conversion to the side, if works of art develop. Thereby, we are innovative and like to dedicate ourselves to difficult tasks and complicated problems.
Tradition obliges
Founded in 1859 by Wilhelm Franke, the company took part in the first world exhibition in Paris in 1900 with stained-glass windows and was awarded the title of Imperial Court Art Institute.
In 1966, Lutz Gärlich took over the workshops and has since traded as Domglas Naumburg.
In over 150 years of history, extensive traditional and modern projects have been realized all over the world, whereby our work has taken us to Vladivostok, Moscow, Vilnius, Kuwait, Costa Rica, Sweden, Namibia, Barcelona and Vienna, among other places.
